Common use of Reserve Engineer Clause in Contracts

(“Xxxxxx”), whose reports appear in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus and who has delivered the letter referred to in Section 7(b) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
