Common use of Reserve Engineer Clause in Contracts

Reserve Engineer. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. (“Xxxxxx”), whose reports appear in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus and who has delivered the letter referred to in Section 7(b) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Reserve Engineer. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx & AssociatesCompany, Inc. (“Xxxxxx”)Inc., whose reports appear in who issued a report with respect to the General Disclosure Package Partnership’s oil and the Final Prospectus natural gas reserves at December 31, 2013 and who has delivered the letter letters referred to in Section 7(bSections 5(g) and 5(h) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and its SubsidiariesPartnership.

Reserve Engineer. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx & AssociatesRxxxx Xxxxx Company, Inc. L.P. (“XxxxxxRxxxx Xxxxx”), whose reports appear or are incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus and who has delivered the letter referred to in Section 7(b7(h) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and its Subsidiariessubsidiaries.
