Common use of Reserve Engineer Clause in Contracts

Reserve Engineer. XxXxxxx Petroleum Consultants Ltd. (the “Reserve Engineer”), whose report dated January 17, 2012 (the “Reserve Report”) is referenced in the Offering Memorandum, was as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Partnership. No information has come to the attention of the Partnership or, to the knowledge of the Partnership, to the Reserve Engineer that could reasonably be expected to cause the Reserve Engineer to withdraw its Reserve Report.

Reserve Engineer. XxXxxxx Petroleum Consultants Consultants, Ltd. (the “Reserve EngineerXxXxxxx”), whose report dated January 1720, 2012 2011 (the “Reserve Report”) is referenced in the Offering MemorandumRegistration Statement and Prospectus, was as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum reserve engineer with respect to the Partnership. No information has come to the attention of the Partnership or, to the knowledge of the Partnership, to the Reserve Engineer XxXxxxx that could reasonably be expected to cause the Reserve Engineer XxXxxxx to withdraw its Reserve Report.
