(the “Reserve Engineer”), whose report dated January 17, 2012 (the “Reserve Report”) is referenced in the Offering Memorandum, was as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Partnership. No information has come to the attention of the Partnership or, to the knowledge of the Partnership, to the Reserve Engineer that could reasonably be expected to cause the Reserve Engineer to withdraw its Reserve Report.
