Common use of Reserve Engineers Clause in Contracts

Reserve Engineers. Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared reserve reports on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by (i) the Company as of December 31, 2013 and as of December 31, 2012 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.

Reserve Engineers. Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared reserve reports on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by (i) the Company as of December 31, 2013 2015, December 31, 2014 and as of December 31, 2012 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 2013 was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.

Reserve Engineers. Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared reserve reports on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by (i) the Company and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2013 and as of 2021, December 31, 2012 2020 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 2019, was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.

Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared reserve reports on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by (i) the Company as of December 31, 2014, December 31, 2013 and as of December 31, 2012 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.

Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared reserve reports on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by (i) the Company as of December 31, 2013 and as of 2017, December 31, 2012 2016 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 2015 was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.

Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared reserve reports on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by (i) the Company as of December 31, 2013 2016, December 31, 2015 and as of December 31, 2012 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 2014 was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.

Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared the reserve reports report on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by (i) the Company and its Subsidiaries as of December 31June 30, 2013 and as of December 31, 2012 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 2014 was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reportsreport, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.

Xxxxx Rxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared reserve reports on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves with respect to the mineral interests held by (i) the Company Guarantor as of December 31, 2013 and as of 2018, December 31, 2012 2017 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 2016 was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the CompanyPartnership Entities.
