Reserve Funds, Generally. (a) Borrower shall be entitled to interest on all Reserve Accounts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the funds in the Reserve Accounts shall not be invested except in Permitted Investments in accordance with the terms of Section 10.1(b) hereof, and all interest earned or accrued thereon shall be for the account of the Borrower and shall be allocated in a manner consistent with Section 10.2(c) hereof.
