Common use of Reserve Letter Clause in Contracts

Reserve Letter. On the date of this Agreement, the Underwriters will have received a letter from the Company’s independent petroleum consultant and Anadarko’s independent petroleum consultant, each dated as of the date of this Agreement and each in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, with respect to the reserve information of the Company contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

Reserve Letter. On the date of this Agreement, the Underwriters will have received a letter from the Company’s independent petroleum consultant and AnadarkoOxyRock’s independent petroleum consultant, each dated as of the date of this Agreement and each in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, with respect to the reserve information of the Company and OxyRock, as applicable, contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
