Common use of Reserve Letter Clause in Contracts

Reserve Letter. On the date of this Agreement, Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representatives a reserve report confirmation letter, dated the date hereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Preliminary Prospectus, the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
