Common use of Reserve Letters Clause in Contracts

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, each of Netherland, Sxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and Cxxxxx, Gxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, each of Netherland, Sxxxxx Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and CxxxxxXxxxxx, Gxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.
