Common use of Reserve Letters Clause in Contracts

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, as the case may be, each of XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Parent, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum.

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, as the case may be, each of XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the ParentCompany, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum.

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, as the case may be, each of XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the ParentCompany, a reserve report confirmation lettersletter, dated the respective dates date of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum.

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, as the case may be, each of XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. and Xxxxxx & Co. shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Parent, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum.

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or any Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, each of XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Rxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Parent, Initial Purchasers a reserve report confirmation lettersletter, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativeRepresentatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters initial purchasers with respect to the reserve and other operational information of the Company contained or incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information Disclosure Package and the Offering Memorandum.

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, as the case may be, each of XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx CompanyNetherland, L.P. Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. shall have furnished to the RepresentativeRepresentatives, at the request of the ParentCompany, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, with respect to the Company and the Citrus Entities, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativeRepresentatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum.

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, each of XxXxxxxx DxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. MxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the ParentCompany, a reserve report confirmation lettersletter, dated the respective dates date of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum.
