Common use of Reserve Letters Clause in Contracts

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the Representatives, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, XxXxxxxx and & XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representatives, Representatives a reserve report confirmation lettersletter, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information of the Company contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration StatementPreliminary Prospectus, the Time of Sale Information Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or any Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the Representatives, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.
