Common use of Reserve of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Reserve of Common Stock. The Company agrees to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, shares of Common Stock for the purpose of enabling the Company to satisfy any obligation to issue shares of Common Stock upon conversion of the Securities.

Reserve of Common Stock.
