Reserve Pool. There will be a reserve pool with a maximum of ninety days. New employees will be allowed to contribute to the sick leave pool/reserve pool. Employees may contribute to the reserve pool during the last ten (10) duty days of the current school year. If the pools are exhausted during the school year, certified personnel may volunteer to replenish them.
