Reserve Report Confirmation Letter. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, XxXxxxx Petroleum Consultants, Ltd. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information with respect to the estimated oil and gas reserves of the Company and its subsidiaries as reported in letters to the Company.
