Common use of Reserve Report Confirmation Letters Clause in Contracts

Reserve Report Confirmation Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, Netherland Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information with respect to the estimated oil and gas reserves of the Xxx Entities as reported in letters to the Company.

Reserve Report Confirmation Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, Netherland Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, at the request of the Company, letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial PurchasersUnderwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information with respect to the estimated oil and gas reserves of the Xxx Entities Company as reported in letters to the Company.

L.P. and XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, at the request of the Company, letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial PurchasersUnderwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information with respect to the estimated oil and gas reserves of the Xxx Entities Company and its subsidiaries as reported in letters to the Company.

Xxxxx Associates, Inc. and Xxxxxx Associates shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, at the request of the Company, letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, containing statements and information with respect to the estimated oil and gas reserves of the Xxx Entities Company and its subsidiaries as reported in letters to the Company.

XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial PurchasersUnderwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information with respect to the estimated oil and gas reserves of the Xxx Entities Company as reported in letters to the Company.
