The information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus regarding estimated proved reserves of the Company and its subsidiaries is based upon the reserve reports prepared by Rxxxx Xxxxx. The information provided to Rxxxx Xxxxx by the Company and its subsidiaries was true and correct in all material respects on the dates the reports were made. Such information was provided to Rxxxx Xxxxx in accordance with all customary industry practices.
