Common use of Reserved Inventions Clause in Contracts

Reserved Inventions. Descriptions of all ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, processes, inventions, discoveries, developments, innovations and improvements which Executive made, conceived or acquired prior to Executive's employment by the Company and all patents and patent applications relating thereto (collectively referred to as "Executive's Rights") are attached hereto in Exhibit E, and Executive's Rights shall be excluded from this Agreement. Executive represents that the absence of any Executive's Rights in Exhibit E shall indicate that Executive owns no such Executive's Rights at the time of signing this Agreement.
