Common use of Reserved Transmission Capacity Clause in Contracts

Reserved Transmission Capacity. 3.1 The entry point of the transmission capacity reserved as set out in Section 1.1 is the Český Těšín entry point (hereinafter the “Entry Point”). 3.2 The volume of the Entry Capacity in each respective gas year is set out in Annex No. 1 hereto, but the actual volume to be made available is subject to the Condition set out in Section 4 below.
