RESERVES AND TAXES. A. The Reinsurer shall maintain legal reserves with respect to claims hereunder. B. The Reinsurer shall reimburse the Company for any taxes which the Company may be obligated to pay in connection with the Policies reinsured pursuant to this Agreement.
