Common use of Reserves — General Clause in Contracts

Reserves — General. The Company shall maintain and shall cause the Subsidiary Entities to maintain, such reserves as are Approved by the Members or Approved by the Management Committee or set forth in the Approved Business Plan. The Members intend the Approved Business Plan to provide for the retention of sufficient amounts of cash on hand in the accounts of the Company and the Subsidiary Entities to pay reasonably anticipated costs and expenses for the applicable Company Assets covered by such Approved Business Plan.
