Consultant shall develop a simplified reservoir operations model and perform analyses to evaluate a Contractor’s ability to maintain construction diversion and protect construction activities within the reservoir. Risk and related design and operation requirements for construction diversion shall be identified and summarized in a Technical Memorandum that evaluates and addresses reservoir inflows from the watershed and the Almaden-Xxxxxx canal, reservoir operations, flow releases to Calero Creek, and management of inflows to the reservoir over the expected duration of construction.
