Reset Equity Deals. On or prior to the Closing Date, the Company will cause to be cancelled any and all reset features related to any shares outstanding that could result in additional shares being issued. For a period of three years from the closing the Company will not enter into any transactions that have any reset features that could result in additional shares being issued.
