Each insured must either be a resident of the United States or Canada at the time of issue or be a resident of another country that meets THE COMPANY's special underwriting requirements pertaining to foreign residence. However, automatic reinsurance will not be available if the conditions stated in either Foreign Travel Exclusions or Foreign Residence Exclusions in Schedule A apply.
