RESIDENCY RIGHTS NEITHER SHARABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE BY RESIDENTS. Space may only be occupied by Student to whom the room is assigned. Residence accommodations shall not be shared with any other individual not officially assigned to that residence, and may not be sublet, assigned, divided, sublicensed or in any way transferred by Student. Residents are prohibited from removing beds from, or placing additional beds in, any room. Appropriate monetary charges, as determined by DHRL, will be assessed and/or disciplinary action will be taken against violations of the provisions of this paragraph.
