Common use of Resident Agrees Clause in Contracts

Resident Agrees. a. Resident agrees to abide by the terms of this Contract. b. Resident agrees to observe all rules and regulations of the University of Minnesota Duluth, and the Department of Housing & Residence Life as listed in the Housing Guidebook, and all relevant federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. c. Resident agrees to make payment of all fees as specified by the University of Minnesota Board of Regents.
