In the case of a Resident whose fees are paid in whole or in part by a third party the undersigned appointee, representative or next of kin hereby agrees to pay the fees or any arrears which may fall due should the Resident named above leave the Home. Resident Date. Customer shall notify Cypress of its Resident Date, as applicable, within four (4) weeks from the Effective Date.
