Common use of RESIDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR Clause in Contracts

RESIDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. a) Following all Clubhouse rules as posted inside the Clubhouse and as set forth herein; b) Leaving all Association owned property untouched and unmoved, other than the tables and chairs used for serving and seating. All chairs must remain inside the clubhouse at all times. c) Any damage to property, fixtures, floors, windows, doors, furniture or related equipment; d) Emptying trash cans and removing trash from the premises (garbage must be taken home and not left outside the clubhouse). Leaving garbage bags at the premises will result in $100.00 fee being billed to owners account. e) Removing any decorations (Confetti/ Glitter is NOT allowed at any time inside the facility), trash, additions or enhancements not on the premises during the time of initial inspection; f) Remove all food (microwave oven, refrigerator, cabinets and cupboards); g) Turning off the lights, water faucets, warming ovens, coffee makers or any other appliances; h) Lock all doors. Resident is responsible for subsequent damage and/or theft as a result of failure to secure the Clubhouse.
