RESIDENTIAL EXTERIOR WIRING. Franchisee shall adhere to Subscribers’ reasonable requests for location of cable entry and shall in other respects observe standard specifications for Drop connections into the residence. Each Drop shall be grounded at each Subscriber’s residence at the time of initial installation of Cable Service or during the next scheduled in-house servicing that is performed.
