Residential Fees Sample Clauses

The Residential Fees clause defines the charges or payments required from residents for occupying a property. It typically outlines the amount, frequency, and method of payment for rent or other associated fees, such as utilities or maintenance costs. By clearly specifying these financial obligations, the clause ensures both parties understand their responsibilities and helps prevent disputes over payment terms.
Residential Fees. 4.1. In return for our Residential Fees set out in the Admission Request as amended from time to time in accordance with these Residence Terms (the “Residential Fees”), we agree to provide food, heat, light, accommodation, laundry and all reasonable personal care as would normally be required by a resident of a care home for older people. Residential Fees are calculated on a weekly basis. 4.2. The amount of Residential Fees charged each month is calculated by taking the weekly fee and dividing it by seven (7) (i.e. the number of days in a week) and multiplying the resulting total by the number of days in that month. Any part of the day of arrival or departure counts as one (1) full day’s residence. 4.3. The amount of weekly Residential Fees applicable as at the date of admission and the proportions for which each payer is responsible as at the date of admission are stated in the Admission Request. These proportions will change as our Residential Fees increase or otherwise change from time to time. 4.4.
