Residential Life. 1. The University shall maintain the premises in compliance with applicable municipal and state health and safety laws, unless a violation has been caused by a Resident or Resident’s guest(s). The Resident shall provide the University with notice of any noncompliance and the University shall correct noncompliance in a reasonable timeframe.
