Common use of Residential Low Rise Clause in Contracts

Residential Low Rise. Low Rise Residential construction is herein defined as all work in connection with framing, construction, alteration and/or repair of all residential units, such as single dwellings, duplexes, row houses, town houses, apartments, nursing homes, retirement homes, condominiums, convalescent homes, and hotels, motels, and mixed use residential housing in buildings not exceeding seven (7) stories in height, not including the parking garage.
