Residential Tenancies Act paramount. Nothing in this agreement is intended by the parties to exclude, modify or restrict the operation or application of provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) and/or the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2019 (NSW), except to the extent permitted by that Act.
