Common use of Resident's Agreement Clause in Contracts

Resident's Agreement. I agree to the terms of this Contract for care at Rusthall Lodge. I undertake to contribute towards the fees payable in respect of my residence in the Home. I understand that at the date of this Agreement the amount of my contribution is as shown in Schedule 2. I confirm that, as at the date below, I have sufficient personal financial resources to pay the Weekly Fee for a minimum consecutive period of 24 months from the date of my arrival at the Home. If I become eligible for local authority funding after this period due to my capital becoming depleted, I will give no less than 30 days’ written notice of this to Rusthall Lodge.
