Common use of Residual Allocations Clause in Contracts

Residual Allocations. The Partnership's remaining net income or net loss (after giving effect to clauses (i) through (v) of this Section 6.04(c)) for any fiscal period and each item of income, gain, loss, deduction or expense shall be allocated among the Partners in a manner consistent with the corresponding distributions made or to be made pursuant to Sections 6.01, 6.02 and 9.04.

Residual Allocations. The Prior to dissolution of the Partnership, the Partnership's remaining net income or net loss (after giving effect to clauses subparagraphs (ia), (b) through and (vc) of this Section 6.04(c)above) for any fiscal period and each item of income, gain, loss, deduction or expense included in the determination of such net income or net loss shall be allocated among the Partners in a manner consistent with the corresponding distributions made or to be made pursuant to Sections 6.01, 6.02 and 9.04this Article 6.
