Common use of Residual Distributions Clause in Contracts

Residual Distributions. After payment of the applicable Liquidation Preference to the Holders of the outstanding Series B Preferred Shares and Parity Securities, the Corporation's remaining assets and funds shall be distributed among the holders of the Common Shares and any other Junior Securities then outstanding according to their respective rights and preferences.
