Resignation and Appointment of Successor Agent. Agent may resign at any time by giving thirty (30) days' prior written notice thereof to Lenders and Borrower; provided, however, that the retiring Agent shall continue to serve until a successor Agent shall have been selected and approved pursuant to this Section 9.
