Resignation and Removal; Appointment of Successor Trustee; Eligibility. (a) The Trustee may resign and be discharged of the trust created by this Indenture by giving at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Issuer and the Holders, and such resignation shall take effect upon receipt by the Trustee of an instrument of acceptance of appointment executed by a successor trustee as provided in Section 8.4.
