Resignation and Removal; Appointment of Successor Trustee. Subject to Section 5.9(d), the Trustee, or any trustee or trustees hereafter appointed, may at any time resign with respect to the Securities of any Series by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice of resignation to IRSA PC. If at any time the Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.8, it shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect hereinafter specified in this Section 5.
