Resignation and Removal of Administrative Agent and Successor Administrative Agent. (a) The Administrative Agent may resign at any time by giving written notice thereof to the Lenders, the L/C Issuer, and the Borrower. Upon any such resignation of the Administrative Agent, the Required Lenders shall have the right to appoint a successor Administrative Agent, which shall so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, be reasonably acceptable to the Borrower.
