Common use of Resignation and Removal of Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

Resignation and Removal of Security Trustee. The Security Trustee may resign at any time without cause by giving at least 30 days’ prior written notice to the Issuer and the Senior Representative. The Senior Representative may at any time remove the Security Trustee without cause by an instrument in writing delivered to the Secured Parties and the Security Trustee. No resignation or removal of the Security Trustee pursuant to this Section 6.01 shall become effective prior to the date of appointment by the Senior Representative of a successor Security Trustee and the acceptance of such appointment by such successor Security Trustee.
