Common use of Resignation by the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Resignation by the Administrative Agent. (a) The Administrative Agent may resign from the performance of all its functions and duties hereunder and/or under the other Credit Documents at any time by giving twenty (20) Business Days’ prior written notice to the Lenders and, unless an Event of Default under Section 11.05
