Common use of Resignation by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Trustee. The Trustee and any successor Trustee may at any time resign from the trusts hereby created by giving thirty days' written notice to the Issuer and the Company, served personally or sent by registered or certified mail, and to each owner of Bonds then Outstanding, sent by registered or certified mail, and such resignation shall take effect at the end of such thirty days if a successor Trustee has been appointed at such time pursuant to Section 9.08 hereof, or upon the later appointment of a successor Trustee pursuant to Section 9.08 hereof.

Resignation by Trustee. The Trustee and any successor Trustee may resign at any time resign from the trusts created hereby created by giving thirty days' written notice of the resignation to the Issuer County and by mailing written notice of the Company, served personally or sent by registered or certified mail, resignation to the Holders as their names and addresses appear on the register at the close of business 15 days prior to each owner of Bonds then Outstanding, sent by registered or certified mail, and such the mailing. The resignation shall take effect at the end of such thirty days if a successor Trustee has been appointed at such time pursuant to Section 9.08 hereof, or upon the later appointment of a successor Trustee pursuant to Section 9.08 hereofTrustee.

The Trustee and any successor Trustee may at any time resign from the trusts hereby created by giving thirty 45 days' ’ written notice by first class mail to the Issuer and the Company, served personally or sent by registered or certified mail, District and to the Owner of each owner of Bonds then Outstanding, sent Bond as shown by registered or certified mail, and the registration records; provided that such resignation shall not take effect at until the end of such thirty days if a successor Trustee has been appointed at such time pursuant to Section 9.08 hereof, or upon the later appointment of a successor trustee as provided in Section 7.07 hereof. Upon any such resignation, the Trustee pursuant shall be deemed to Section 9.08 hereofhave resigned as trustee under the Senior Bond Resolution, any Parity Bond Resolutions and any Parity Bond Indentures.

Resignation by Trustee. The Issuer hereby agrees to Section 9.08 hereofmake a reasonable effort to appoint such a successor Trustee within a reasonable period of time.
