Common use of Resignation for Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Resignation for Good Reason. The Executive’s employment shall be deemed to have been terminated other than for Just Cause and for “Good Reason” (as herein so used), if Executive tenders his resignation within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of one or more of the following conditions that arise without the consent of Executive:

Resignation for Good Reason. The Executive may resign his employment for good reason within 60 days of the Executive learning of the facts that are the basis for the resignation for good reason. Upon the Executive’s written tendering of his resignation for good reason, it shall be deemed that the Executive’s employment by the Company is terminated without cause. The Executive shall be deemed entitled to have been terminated other than for Just Cause the payments and for “Good Reason” (as herein so used)benefits set out in Article 3.04, if Executive tenders his resignation within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of one or more of the following conditions that arise without the consent of Executive:3.05 and 3.06.
