Resignation in Breach of the Agreement. If you resign prior to the expiration of the Contract Period other than for Good Reason, such resignation is a material breach of this Agreement and, without limitation of other rights or remedies available to the Company, the Company shall have no further obligations to you under this Agreement or otherwise, except to make termination payments provided in paragraph 10(a).
