Common use of Resignation Letters Clause in Contracts

Resignation Letters. The Sellers shall have delivered resignation letters executed by each of the Persons set forth in Section 7.02(g) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, confirming such Person’s resignation from his or her position as a director, manager and/or officer (and/or any other similar position) of the Acquired Companies or the Blockers.

Resignation Letters. The Sellers Sellers’ Representative shall have delivered resignation letters letters, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Purchaser, executed by each of the Persons set forth in Section 7.02(g) directors and officers of the Company Disclosure Schedulewith respect to whom Pxxxxxxxx has delivered written notice requesting resignation or removal prior to the Closing, confirming such Personindividual’s resignation from his or her position as a director, manager director and/or officer (and/or any other similar position) of the Acquired Companies or the BlockersCompany.
