Resignation of Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent may resign without cause and be discharged from the trusts created hereby by delivering notice thereof, by registered or certified mail postage prepaid to each Company and the Administrative Agent. Such resignation shall take effect immediately upon the appointment of a successor Collateral Agent as provided in §§8.8 and 8.9.
