Resignation of Directorships, etc. The Executive agrees that after Separation from Service, he will, at the request of the Board, tender his resignation from any position he may hold as an officer or director of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries, Affiliates or Associates, and the Executive further covenants and agrees, if so requested by the Board, not to stand for re-election to any office of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries, Affiliates or Associates at any time following termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder.
