Resignation of Directorships, etc. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason or the termination of the Employee’s employment with the Employer for any reason, the Employee will, as requested by the Employer, resign any or all of his positions, if any, as an officer, director, manager, or the like, of the Employer and the Employer’s subsidiaries or affiliates.
