Resignation of Obligors. Replace Clause 36.2 (Resignation of a Borrower) with a new “Clause 36.2 (Resignation of an Obligor (other than the Company))” to the Credit Agreement on terms consistent with those in Clause 29.12 (Resignation of an Obligor (other than the Company)) of the credit agreement originally dated 1 August 2007 between, among others, Telenet BVBA as the Company and The Bank of Nova Scotia as the Facility Agent as last amended and restated on 6 April 2020 and make any consequential changes.
