Resignation of Offices and Directorship. On termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Executive shall immediately resign all offices and directorships held in the Company and its affiliates, and, save as provided by this Agreement, the Executive shall not be entitled to receive any severance payment or compensation for loss of office or otherwise by reason of the resignation. If the Executive, as applicable, fails to resign as required by this Section 6.6, the Company is irrevocably authorized to appoint some person in his name and on his behalf to sign any documents or do anything necessary or requisite to give effect to it.
