Resignation of Pari Passu Note Trustee. A Pari Passu Note Trustee may resign or be removed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Pari Passu Note Indenture, provided that a replacement of such Pari Passu Note Trustee agrees with the Parties to become the replacement trustee under this Agreement by the execution of a Creditor/Creditor Representative Accession Undertaking.
