Resignation of the Chairman and the Seconded Officers. Upon the termination of this Agreement, each of the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and any other individuals seconded to the Company pursuant to Article VIII shall resign his or her respective position with the Company.
